Okay, prepare for A TON of pictures. You think there was a lot with the ice-skating post? HA! Be prepared. We basically walked around the museum all day. Fort Worth museum of Science and History. It's a really cool place if you happen to be in the area of downtown Fort Worth. It also has an IMAX Omni theater.

This is typed on the peel to the adhesive on the wristbands we had to wear. Isn't that the silliest thing to say? I mean seriously! What are they going to say? "Please drink vodka and drive. Sir? Sir? Hey, don't throw that chip bag in the trash, there's nice spot behind the tree right over there."
These are the femurs of a dog, zebra, and bison. The last one is supposed to be what a dinosaur would have!

You can barely read it, but it's basically saying that the U.S. natural gas pipeline network, laid end to end, would stretch from the Earth to the Moon twice!

This was really cool. They had about 5 touch screens and when you played the game, you powered part of the city. I had powered the city in the back. :)

Okay, so the dark blob in the top left corner is a rock. Luke kept wanting me to get it in midair, and I could only think of zillions of things I'd rather do. I got ready to get a good photo of my grandma and Brit, when he decides to throw it. Lovely.
I love this picture! But he looks so funny...like a little old man, or a guppy fish. haha
We all look kind of weird and fat. Ethan's the only normal-looking one, so take my word for it when I tell you that I/we don't normally look like that. Honest.

Okay, there's this sign going into the dig that says, "Please don't run or climb on the rocks. Thank you. Have fun!" No Joke. I can understand the "no running", but "don't climb on the rocks?" That's like the first thing you want to do when you walk in there! Forget the Dino "Dig", let's climb some rocks!

This was so cool! It showed all of the cameras through the years. The bottom one was like from 1855-1895 and the very top one was from 1993-2003, a Sony Casio if I remember correctly.

Words from the wise...
I was facing a mirror and thought to grab some pics just for fun, but this one came out so good!
The mirror I was facing before had 3 mirrors in a triangle. You ducked underneath and stood up inside it, and it was a kaleidoscope.
These pictures are what happens when I'm turned loose inside of kaleidoscope mirrors. Haha
This area was soo pretty! There was a big oak tree in the middle with a waterfall and a bunch of tables with red umbrellas.
This all the machinery going into the IMAX Omni theater. Just in case you've never been to an Omni theater, the difference between that and an IMAX theater is that an IMAX theater is a huge square screen directly in front of you. An Omni is circular, and goes over and around you. Both make you feel like you're in the movie, but the Omni takes it to the whole next level. And they're both made by IMAX. Cool, huh?

Upstairs in the Old West/cattle area
Sorry for the reflection in the glass, hehe. All I gotta say is that if I were that horse and I had to wear aalll of that tack and a rider, I'd go on strike.

Think cattle rustling died in the Old West? Well think again. Back then, they would go in, steal the cattle, change the brand, and sell it as their own. Now, it's all online, and they're somehow able to get in and act like they're selling cattle when they're not. (Something like that).
Looking out that window is where that pretty place is with the waterfall, oak tree, and red umbrellas.
We have now come to the "Air" section. It's all on air/space and airplanes specifically. And important people who flied in airplanes. A Lot.
This was a funky little ride-thing. You laid down on the pallet, and it went back and forth. (If somebody was pulling the rope. Hehe) Actually it was supposed to show how you would get onto specialized aircraft.

I forget what this was...it was in the tiny outer space section...maybe a moon rock? haha... It was probably part of a meteorite or something that hit some poo-dunk little town and earned it a spot on the Tourists-of-America Map. Or it fell down sometime in B.C. on some poor peasant's head making him famous. (If it didn't kill him....ha)
